If you cancel your booking, a cancelation fee may apply. A cancellation will only be effective after we receive written/email confirmation of the cancellation from you. If you cancel a trip:

• 72 hours prior to departure time, we will retain 100% of your tour fees
• 14 days to 72 hours prior to your departure time, we will apply a $15 per person administration fee
• More than 14 days prior to departure time, a full refund applies to your tour fees

Please note that different cancellation conditions apply to some tours and additional services. You will be advised of different cancellation charges at time of booking. If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services.

If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund will be made. The above cancellation fees are in addition to fees which may be levied by accommodation providers, travel agents or third party tour and transport operator fees.

COVID-19 Update: Free Cancellation Policy

We are introducing a new no risk cancellation policy during the COVID-19 pandemic. We understand your concerns about booking a vacation in these uncertain times. You have worked long and hard to save for a vacation. Book any tour with us with no cancellation penalty if your trip must be cancelled due to government-imposed COVID-19 travel restrictions. Strict safety measures are in place to provide a safe environment for our clients, staff and community. We are closely monitoring guidelines from provincial governments and local health authorities to remain up to date on recommendations for the reopening of our community.

• Qualitour vehicles are cleaned and sanitized before and after each tour
• Hand sanitizers and masks are provided for clients.
• Clients or guides showing signs of illness will be not allowed on a tour.
• Physical distancing measures have been implemented including eliminating the use of seats around the guide.
• Guides practice and promote preventive behaviours including frequent hand washing and wearing masks.
