Day 2Seoul

  • After breakfast, meet with a tour guide at hotel lobby and start the tour.
  • Namsangol Hanok Village: has five restored traditional Korean houses, a pavilion, traditional garden, performance arts stage and a time capsule plaza, making it a perfect spot for both locals and tourists to take a leisure walk. Upon entering from the front gate, visitors will get a taste of the traditional life while escaping from the bustling city life of modern times.
  • Ikseon-dong Street: The street is gaining attention as a new attraction in Seoul. It recently started to become a trend as young artists and entrepreneurs began to open businesses like cafes, restaurants, and handicraft shops with unique concepts and designs.

  • Changdeokgung Palace: It was the principal palace for many kings of the Joseon dynasty, and is the most well-preserved of the five remaining royal Joseon palaces. Known as a place of rest for the kings, the Secret Garden boasts a gigantic tree that is over 300 years old, a small pond and a pavilion.
    *Changdeokgung Palace will be replaced by Gyeongbokgung Palace when it is closed on Monday.
  • Naksan Park: The park gets its name from its camel hump-like appearance. In Korean ‘nakta’ means camel and ‘san’ means mountain. Located in the center of the Seoul, this historical and beautiful park allows its visitors to view the magnificence of the entire city.
  • Daehak-ro Street: It known as the street for young people, is the former location of Seoul National University. In the 1980s, many theater groups started moving to Daehangno, and it soon developed into a cultural center. In a short period of time, movie theaters, live-cafes, regular cafes and pubs sprung up, and it grew into an entertainment district.

  • Seoul Botanic Park: A space where a forest, garden, lake, and marsh coexist together, Seoul Botanic Park’s theme zone houses plants representing 12 major cities around the world.
  • Han River Park: Go to Han River Park to board the cruise. As one of the most popular parks along Hangang River, the park attracts many visitors, residents, and office workers.
  • Han River Cruise: It is located in Yeouido, you can take a break from the busy urban atmosphere and enjoy relaxing time on the cruise while watching Han river view.

  • Itaewon Street: It is the most exotic place in Seoul to spend a day of shopping, dining, and hanging out. Itaewon holds a long history in its making and is the first place most tourists want to visit in Korea.

  • Dongdaemun Market: It is one of Korea’s most well-known markets. Browsing the plethora of shops, you can find fabric and clothing following all the latest global fashion trends.

  • Yongma Land: It is a small abandoned amusement park in Yongmasan. Though it is no longer operating as an amusement park, the old-school and unique dilapidated atmosphere continue to attract visitors from niche markets such as photographers, as well as professionals in the video production industries.
  • Olympic Park: The park was originally built for the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games and nowadays offers Seoulites a wide range of cultural, sporting and leisure opportunities. The walking trails of Olympic Park offer up some wonderful scenery. For example, the famous “Lonely Tree”, a very popular photo spot, can be found nearby.

  • Lotte Tower(Tower Observatory): It was designed with a conceptual design drawing inspiration from Korean ceramics and Korean writing brushes. With 123 floors total, the tower is the fifth tallest building in the world, standing at 555 meters. It is one of the best spots to appreciate the breathtaking view of Seoul’s vibrant city lights.
  • Seokchon Lake Park: Seokchon Lake Park has two parts, the East Lake and West Lake. Within Seokchon Lake Park is the West Lake and Magic Island(Part of Lotte world theme park). The East Lake, with picturesque scenery created by the combination of the beautiful lake and the lush park, is famous for its jogging circuits and footpaths.
  • Starfield Coex Mall(Starfield Library): It is a shopping mecca for global brands in fashion, accessories, beauty, lifestyle, and more. Located in the middle of COEX Central Plaza, Starfield Library offers visitors a perfect reading space.

FAQ

Requirements for participating guests such as age, nationality, health, etc

  1. Some of our tours may include activities such as walking long distance and hiking.
  2. It is your responsibility to consult with your physician regarding your health condition and ability to travel long distances. Please let us know your needs when booking. In case we cannot provide the service, you need to be accompanied by a companion who will be responsible for independently providing the needed assistance.

What kind of experience is a hotel

  1. 4N/ Twin sharing room based, and customer will be charged for changing hotel or room once upon arrival.
  2. Triple bed will be 1double + 1single bed or Roll away bed or 1 double bed + 1set ondol bed(Tatami style)

Travel vehicles

We always arrange convenient and safe vehicles with experienced and courteous drivers, equipped with air conditioner and heater.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation policy for one day tour will be automatically applied as below:
    • 100% Refund 16 days before the departure (KST 16:00PM) and USD$100.00 handing charge per person
    • 50% Refund 15 days before the departure (KST 16:00PM)
    • 0% Refund 8 days before the departure (KST 16:00PM)
  2. If you need to change the date, please cancel and make a new booking. Regular cancellation policy will be applied.
  3. Personal/ Medical/ Bad weather/ Flight cancellation/ Natural disaster/ or any other reasons that we cannot control are NO EXCEPTIONS to the cancellation policy and NO REFUND will be done by the company according to our Cancellation policy.
  4. Written notice of cancellation must be received by Qualitour Holiday either by email or via our website. Oral cancellation will not be accepted.
  5. If for some personal reasons the client wants to cancel the tour once it already started, NO REFUND will be done by the company.

Adjustment and Responsibility Policy

  1. We reserve the right to change the tour prices with or without notice due to exchange rate fluctuation.
  2. As a result of various operational factors, usually flight delays and schedule changes, there may be a slight change to the arrangements.
  3. All museums are not offered on Mondays. Another attraction will be a substitute.
  4. We reserve the right to adjust/change our Terms & Conditions without prior notice
  5. Meal menu subject to change.
  6. We have NO RESPONSIBILITY for any Damage/Accident/Death/Loss/Sickness/Injury/Natural disaster/Political or Personal reasons arising from activities during the trip.
  7. You are responsible for respecting the authority and following the directions of the tour guide and Korean laws during a tour.
