Additional Info

Participants must be physically fit for short hiking or walking on unpaved roads for about 1 to 2 km.
Recommend all participants to bring raincoats, sunglasses and mosquitoes spray and warm clothes for overnight camping (Temperature could be as low as 0-5 degrees in the evening and early morning).
Recommend all participant to wear good outdoor shoes and clothing to participate in this program.

Day TripVancouver - Fraser Valley - Vancouver

This day trip offers you many chances to take pictures of countryside landscapes and natural scenery with lakes, glaciers and mountains, and of course the super mighty Fraser River as well. You will also have great opportunities in viewing wildlife, such as bald eagles, swans or sandhill cranes, etc. Our guide will take you to the best spots for you to experience spectacular locations while interacting with wildlife through your lens.

You not required to have high-end cameras or photography equipment. Just bring your smartphone or a DSLR camera, we guarantee you’ll have a great experience. During this day trip, we will also provide you with binoculars for your wildlife observation.

What should I prepare for the trip?

We recommend all participants to bring raincoat, sunglasses, mosquito/insect repellent spray. Wear warm clothes as well as good outdoor shoes.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your booking, a cancelation fee may apply. A cancellation will only be effective after we receive written/email confirmation of the cancellation from you. If you cancel a trip:

72 hours prior to departure time, we will retain 100% of your tour fees
14 days to 72 hours prior to your departure time, we will apply a $15 per person administration fee
More than 14 days prior to departure time, a full refund applies to your tour fees

Please note that different cancellation conditions apply to some tours and additional services. You will be advised of different cancellation charges at time of booking. If you leave a trip for any reason after it has commenced we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services.

If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund will be made. The above cancellation fees are in addition to fees which may be levied by accommodation providers, travel agents or third party tour and transport operator fees.

You have worked long and hard to save for a vacation. Book any tour with us with no cancellation penalty if your trip must be cancelled due to government-imposed COVID-19 travel restrictions. What are your policies to help me feel more confident to travel again?

Strict safety measures are in place to provide a safe environment for our clients, staff and community. We are closely monitoring guidelines from provincial governments and local health authorities to remain up to date on recommendations for the reopening of our community.

Qualitour vehicles are cleaned and sanitized before and after each tour
Hand sanitizers and masks are provided for clients.
Clients or guides showing signs of illness will be not allowed on a tour.
Physical distancing measures have been implemented including eliminating the use of seats around the guide.
Guides practice and promote preventive behaviours including frequent hand washing and wearing masks.
