Continue to a photo stop at Prospect Point, with a great view of Lions Gate Bridge, followed by a visit to English Bay. English Bay Beach, also called First Beach, is the most populated beach area in Vancouver’s downtown area.
The Granville Island Public Market is next, featuring a fascinating assortment of colourful food and produce stores, showcasing handcrafted products and the very finest in unique gifts. All fresh from the ocean, the oven or the field. Continue across the Lions Gate Bridge to scenic North Shore, and the Capilano River Hatchery. Visit an interpretive Centre where you can learn about the salmon life cycle and view several species of salmon.
